Zojirushi’s Commercial Water Boiler and Warmer comes with a capacity of 169 oz. that boils and keeps water hot at a set temperature for as long as it stays plugged in. The optional QUICK TEMP mode of the boiler brings water to either 195°F or 175°F without reaching a boil.
The multiple Keep Warm temperature settings serve different purpose and helps accommodate a variety of beverages that require hot water such as tea (black, green, white, matcha), hot chocolate, instant soups and sauces. Zojirushi electric boilers and warmers are ideal especially for brewing teas, which demand precision in water temperature when brewed in order to achieve exceptional results.
Panorama Window® water level gauge enables the user to keep an eye on the water level inside the boiler and the large capacity of the boiler makes it convenient for preparing instant foods.
This model’s sturdy, plug-in type power cord, in contrast to the magnetic detachable ones which accompany other units in the Zojirushi’s family of boilers, is designed for a commercial setting use.
