JIA Inc. Fudo Bowl and Chopsticks Set for 2

Shaped by nature and patterned by wind and soil, “Fudo†is a duo of bone china bowl that intuitively fit within your palms, and a pair of humble chopsticks in ebony wood that impeccably pick up flavors offered by earth.

In searching for the origin of the bowl and chopsticks, designer Masayuki Kurokawa is inspired by the two elements that nurture all living beings, wind and soil or in this native language “Fudoâ€. The result are a bowl with profile that is a direct yet subtle symbolization of palms slowly closing in on mouth and a pair of chopsticks represents twigs, which are perhaps the ultimate origin of these two utensils.

Usage
• Bone china
1. Hand wash with sponge and mild detergent is recommended. Dishwasher safe.
2. Microwave safe.
• Ebony
1. Hand wash with mild detergent and sponge and air dry. Not dishwasher safe.
2. Do not scrub the surface with excessive force.
• Stainless steel
1. Hand wash with sponge and mild detergent is recommended.

2. Do not use metallic pads or harsh abrasive cleaning agents as these will damage the surface.
• Ebony
1. Made of natural materials, slightly variance in product texture is normal.
2. Do not use in dishwasher, dish dryer, microwave, or soak in the water for a long period.
3. Dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
• Stainless steel
1. Do not use in microwave or oven.
2. Do not use metallic pads or harsh abrasive cleaning agents as these will damage the surface.
