Zojirushi’s Gourmet Sizzler® Electric Griddle is as versatile as it comes. Featuring a 14-1/8” x 13-1/8” cooking surface and a 6.6 ft (2m) long power cord (to enable convenient placement on the dining table without the need for extension cords), this griddle turns cooking into an easy art.

The diamond pattern surface of the titanium and ceramic enhanced triple layer non-stick coating of the unit protects the longevity of the coating and helps keep foods from sticking to the pan during cooking while the convenient lid with an easy lift knob assures speedy cooking without leaving your kitchen in splattered oily residues. The body guard feature of the unit, which is a heat resistant housing designed to surround the cooking plate, prevents accidental contact with the hot surface.

Adding to the practicality of the model, the EA-BDC10’s safety mechanism is devised to ensure that the plate does not heat unless it is installed correctly meanwhile the cool touch handles make the griddle easy to grip and move from one place to another.

This model is suitable for the Takoyaki plate accessory (EA-YBC01), sold separately, which can make up to 26 large takoyaki at a time.
